Information & Pricing

We manage the full event process, from the first enquiry and venue sourcing, to the final invoicing, and thank you cards, with all that's in between. For our services, we charge a 15% management fee of the bottom line of a budget (ex VAT), and have a minimum spend of £100,000 plus VAT.


On the rare occasion the management fee isn’t in line with the team time spent on an event, we will cost the fee based on day rates for the individual team members involved and their time spent on the project. This will all be discussed and confirmed in the initial conversations, ahead of going to contract. 

We do not offer ‘on the day’ support unless we have been involved with the whole event from the beginning. If you are looking for this service, we will happily introduce you to some other fantastic planners and freelancers we love to work with.
